Supportive and Transformative Online Therapy in Chicago, Evanston, and Across Illinois!

Welcome to Online Therapy in Illinois: Safe, Convenient, and Effective

Are you a busy mom balancing family and work in Evanston? Or a high-performing professional taking a well-deserved breather during a packed lunch hour in downtown Chicago? Perhaps you're managing relationship dynamic shifts, personal insecurities, or simply exploring teletherapy before committing to therapy. Finding time for your mental health shouldn't add to your daily burden.

Online therapy offers flexible, comfortable care tailored directly to your life. Imagine connecting from your favorite armchair with a warm cup of tea or a quiet corner of your apartment—free from long commutes, inclement weather, or rushing to meet a deadline.

Navigating Illinois Without the Traffic Stress

Whether you're battling traffic on the Kennedy Expressway, navigating Lake Shore Drive, or catching the CTA across Cook County, getting around Chicagoland takes time and energy. A session shouldn't start after 45 minutes of bumper-to-bumper frustration. Telehealth eliminates logistics so you can focus entirely on your session from Chicago, Evanston, Naperville, Schaumburg, or anywhere in Illinois.

About Jasmine, LPC

Before we dive into how therapy can support you, here’s a bit about my background and experience. As a licensed therapist with over three years of experience, I combine practical tools with a deep understanding of emotional regulation and relationships. My approach helps clients find not just healing but lasting growth in their personal lives and faith journeys.

My Approach to Online Therapy in Colorado!

I see myself as an integrative therapist. All that means is that I have training in a lot of areas, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, therefore, when I work with clients I pull from multiple modalities, but it’s based on what you need. I am always going to personalize sessions with you. It’s important that you feel safe, seen, and supported. The therapeutic relationship is essential to making therapy progress and I am here to be your cheerleader, life coach, and therapist. These are some of the modalities in which I am trained.

How to prepare for your online therapy session in Illinois?

  • Tip 1: Get an air purifier, white noise machine, or fan. Set the vibe and allow any outside noises to be as muted as possible so you cannot hear outside and no one can hear inside.

  • Tip 2: Settle yourself in a space that feels comfortable and safe for you. That could be a bedroom, office, or maybe even a park where you have some privacy.

  • Tip 3: Make sure you have a secure internet connection, nothing is worse than when you are trying to talk to your therapist and your internet kicks you out of your zoom room or you freeze in the midst of an emotional story.

  • Tip 4: Get noise-cancelling headphones: Let this be a time that you focus just on you!

  • Tip 5: Write down what you want to talk about from the week. You don’t always need to have an agenda, but it can help you to orient what thoughts, questions, or concerns have come up during a session. I see many people come into session and say, “So much happened, but I feel like I don’t know where to start”. This can help you breathe and find direction. If not, I am really good at tracking stories and helping you orient your thoughts.
