With a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and training as a specialized Sports Counselor, I bring both professional expertise and personal experience to my practice. As a retired contemporary dancer who performed at a high level, a former high school athlete, and someone who has personally navigated body image and disordered eating challenges, I understand the physical, mental, and emotional demands of sports and performance. I’ve also worked with actors, producers, dancers, and Division I athletes, so I know the pressures and intensity of elite performance across multiple fields. During a session:
You’ll wear the MUSE device while meditating, with guidance and support throughout the practice.
We process your experience together, discussing insights and identifying techniques to manage stress, trauma, or performance pressure.
Sessions may include imaginal/exposure exercises to practice focus, emotional regulation, and recovery from injury or high-stakes situations.
These sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and provide a personalized journey in mindfulness, biofeedback, and performance recovery, helping you build lasting mental resilience and control under pressure.
